Macaroni Carbonara

  1. Cook the pasta and carrots in boiling salted water according to the pasta package instructions. Add the peas 3 mins before the end of cooking.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms and bacon for 4 mins. In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream and Parmesan. Season to taste.
  3. Drain the pasta, carrots and peas and return to the pan. Add the mushrooms, bacon and cream mixture. Toss together and serve garnished with marjoram.
