Healthy Banana Bread

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C / 350F
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside
  3. Mash 3 ripe Bananas in a large mixing bowl
  4. Dice Dates and discard its seeds
  5. Add all the wet ingredients to the mashed Bananas in the large mixing bowl
  6. Mix well until combined
  7. Add the dry ingredient to the wet 1/3 at a time
  8. Mix until dry and wet ingredients are well combined
  9. Lightly oil a loaf pan or a round dish like the one I used in the picture, Lightly oil your loaf pan/round dish with some coconut oil
  10. Place a piece of Parchment paper at the bottom of your loaf pan
  11. Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes
