Ho Ho Cake

  1. Mix and bake at 350 degrees in floured and greased pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches (25 to 30 minutes) or 17 x 12 inch (15 to 20 minutes).
  2. Beat filling 15 minutes and spread on cooled cake. Then, refrigerate cake and filling a short time to get firm so you can spread topping.
  3. Melt butter and mix rest in with wire whip or mixer. Pour on cake and smooth out. No need to refrigerate.
