Ho Ho Cake
- 1 fudge cake mix Duncan Hines Dark Dutch
- chocolate instant pudding 1 sm.
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 1 egg
- 1 stick melted butter
- Mix and bake at 350 degrees in floured and greased pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches (25 to 30 minutes) or 17 x 12 inch (15 to 20 minutes).
- Beat filling 15 minutes and spread on cooled cake. Then, refrigerate cake and filling a short time to get firm so you can spread topping.
- Melt butter and mix rest in with wire whip or mixer. Pour on cake and smooth out. No need to refrigerate.
