Seared Salmon Salad With Balsamic Glaze

  1. Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat on medium high.
  2. Saute onion and garlic in pan until onion is clear.
  3. Set the onion and garlic aside.
  4. Place the salmon in the skillet and sear for four minutes on each side (until opaque in the center and brown on outside).
  5. Set salmon aside.
  6. Pour vinegar and honey in skillet and heat on high until reduced to glaze.
  7. Tear up the lettuce and place on plates.
  8. Set the salmon on the bed of lettuce.
  9. Put the sauteed onion and garlic on the salmon.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over everything.
  11. Add lemon wedges to squeeze.
