Whole Wheat Pasta Stir Fry With Mushrooms And Sesame

  1. Cook the pasta in water with salt until al dente.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or skillet and saute the onion for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute for 2 more minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup. Saute for 5 minutes until the vegetables are firm, but cooked. Remove from heat.
  4. When the pasta is ready, drain it, and add to the wok. Mix well and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
