Muffuletta

  1. One day before assembling the muffuletta, mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. 2 hours before serving the muffuletta, cut the baguette open. Remove some of the inside and spread half of the dressing on the inside. Add the mortadella, salami, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and the rest of the dressing. Serve.
