Sour Cream Potato Salad

  1. Wash and boil whole potatoes (skins on) until tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours. When done, remove from heat; let cool a few minutes before taking skins off. Pour dressing over warm sliced potatoes. Chill 2 hours. Add celery, onion and egg whites.
  2. Mash egg yolks and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Fold mixture into salad. Add salt, pepper and celery seed to taste. Chill 2 hours. Makes 8 servings. Pimentos and sweet pickle relish may be added.
