Vegan Peach Tartelette

  1. for the dough : in a large bowl mix the flour, the oats, the sugar and the chia seeds.
  2. Add the coconut oil (you can melt it a little) and mix
  3. add the almond milk a step at a time until getting a dough.
  4. (optional) leave the dough in the fridge for 15 min to 30 min
  5. "flour up" your kitchen counter and roll up the dough with a rolling pin
  6. create up to 4 tartelettes or one big pie and fill your tin pan with the dough
  7. with a fork make little holes in the dough
  8. fil the bottom of the pie with a little bit of soy cream mixed with sugar
  9. slice the peaches and fill your tartelettes
  10. put in hot oven (200 Cu0b0 = 392 Fu0b0)
