Vegan Peach Tartelette
- 200 g of all purpose flour (which is roughly 1 cup & 1/2)
- a handful of oats (petits flocons d'avoine) ( ~ 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 tbs of sugar (coconut, raw brown suger...)
- coconut oil 1 over the top fench table spoon (~1/4 cup)
- almond milk until desired texture of the dough
- 1 tbs of chia seeds (optional)
- peaches
- soy cream
- pre-heat oven at (200 Cu0b0 = 392 Fu0b0)
- for the dough : in a large bowl mix the flour, the oats, the sugar and the chia seeds.
- Add the coconut oil (you can melt it a little) and mix
- add the almond milk a step at a time until getting a dough.
- (optional) leave the dough in the fridge for 15 min to 30 min
- "flour up" your kitchen counter and roll up the dough with a rolling pin
- create up to 4 tartelettes or one big pie and fill your tin pan with the dough
- with a fork make little holes in the dough
- fil the bottom of the pie with a little bit of soy cream mixed with sugar
- slice the peaches and fill your tartelettes
- put in hot oven (200 Cu0b0 = 392 Fu0b0)
