Fast And Easy Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Brown meat in skillet; drain grease off, then add seasonings, tomato soup, sauce, paste and water.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- In large, ungreased casserole or 9 x 13-inch cake pan, layer sauce, noodles and sliced cheese.
- Make another layer.
- Place remaining meat sauce on top; cover with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and a little brown.
- Serves 6.
