Reese'S Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Sift together flour, soda and salt; add sugar.
  2. Cream shortening or oleo and peanut butter.
  3. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture gradually.
  4. Mix well; shape into balls and roll in sugar.
  5. Place in miniature muffin tin that's been sprayed with Pam.
  6. Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 minutes.
  7. Remove and place peanut butter cups on top, pushing down so sides crack and come up around Reese's.
  8. Return to oven and bake 2 or 3 minutes longer.
  9. Makes 4 dozen.
