Chocolate Filet Mignon Meat Rub

  1. MEAT RUB: Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Coat both sides of the filets with the mixture completely.
  3. You can keep remaining meat rub in an air tight container.
  4. Lightly coat broiler pan or grill with olive oil.
  5. Grill or broil until filet reaches temperatures of 155 degrees.
  6. Cook evenly in both sides.
  7. Serves 2
