Beef And Mushroom Stir-Fry

  1. Mix beef sirloin, crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, rice vinegar, grated peeled fresh ginger, and cornstarch in large bowl.
  2. Heat canola oil in 12-inch wok or skillet over high heat. Add sliced mushrooms and stir-fry 2 minutes or until browned. Add beef mixture and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until almost dry. Stir in beef broth, green onions, and 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook, stirring, until sauce has thickened.
  3. Serve beef mixture over white rice, warmed, with lime wedges.
