Individual Microwave Cherry Crisp
- 9 cherries pitted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon flour can use gluten free
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free oats
- 1 tablespoon buttery spread vegan, cut into small pieces
- Place the pitted cherries in a ramekin.
- Sprinkle a 1/2 Tablespoon of dark brown sugar on top.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the remaining brown sugar, oats, and flour.
- Place 1/2 of the dry topping on top of the cherries in the ramekin, and then put half of the butter pieces on top. Cover with waxed paper.
- Microwave for 60 seconds at 70% power.
- Remove the mekin from the microwave and set aside. Place the bowl of topping and the remaining butter in the microwave and microwave for 20 seconds at 70% power. Remove bowl and stir.
- Place the cooked topping on top of the cherry mixture in the ramekin.
- Let sit for at least 5 minutes, then enjoy!
