Individual Microwave Cherry Crisp

  1. Place the pitted cherries in a ramekin.
  2. Sprinkle a 1/2 Tablespoon of dark brown sugar on top.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine the remaining brown sugar, oats, and flour.
  4. Place 1/2 of the dry topping on top of the cherries in the ramekin, and then put half of the butter pieces on top. Cover with waxed paper.
  5. Microwave for 60 seconds at 70% power.
  6. Remove the mekin from the microwave and set aside. Place the bowl of topping and the remaining butter in the microwave and microwave for 20 seconds at 70% power. Remove bowl and stir.
  7. Place the cooked topping on top of the cherry mixture in the ramekin.
  8. Let sit for at least 5 minutes, then enjoy!
