Tropical Fruit Cocktail

  1. In small bowl, combine juices, sugar, ginger root and jalapeno; stir to mix and partially dissolve sugar.
  2. Set aside. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir juice mixture again to blend.
  4. Drizzle over fruit and stir to coat.
  5. If time permits, marinate at least 1 hour in refrigerator before serving. Garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
