Quarkstollen

  1. Preheat oven to 175 u0b0C
  2. In a bowl pour the raisins and sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour, mix well so they are completely coated.
  3. Pour all ingredients in a food processor bowl, and mix at medium speed until smooth.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the dough and shape into an oval loaf.
  5. Using the tip of a rolling pin, score a dent of 3 cm along the center of the loaf.
  6. Flatten one of two sides.
  7. Fold the thicker and narrower part on the thinner.
  8. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, checking doneness with the blade of a knife.
  10. Let it cool and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
