Lemony Green Beans Au Gratin
- 12 ounces green beans prepared according to package directions
- 1/2 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
- 1/8 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumb
- 2 tablespoons Country Crock(R) Spread
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Combine Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Real Mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, lemon peel and thyme in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until heated through; stir. Spoon sauce over hot Birds Eye(R) Cut Green Beans, then sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Garnish, if desired, with additional grated lemon peel.
- Combine bread crumbs, Country Crock(R) Spread and cheese; set aside.
