Savory Sundried Tomato Rolls

  1. In the electric mixer bowl combine the yeast with the milk.
  2. Add flour, powdered sugar, salt, and olive oil.
  3. Knead for 7-8 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let rise for 40 minutes.
  5. Place the dough on a floured surface, roll out to form a rectangle (not too thin).
  6. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and the sundried tomato pesto.
  7. Spread the dough this mixture and then roll the dough, lengthwise.
  8. Cut 2/3 cm slices and arrange them on a round cake pan lined with parchment paper.
  9. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
  11. Bake for 15 minutes.
  12. Serve warm.
