Grilled Asian Orange Chicken
- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 tablespoons Crisco(R) Pure Canola Oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger finely grated
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Smucker's(R) Low SugarTM Reduced Sugar Sweet Orange Marmalade
- REMOVE cooking rack from grill; heat grill to medium high. Spray cooking rack with no-stick cooking spray; replace on grill.
- COMBINE oil, soy sauce, lime juice and ginger in small bowl; mix well. Transfer to resealable food storage bag or shallow dish.
- ADD chicken, turning to coat; close bag or cover dish. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. While chicken is marinating, melt orange marmalade in microwave on MEDIUM (50% power).
- REMOVE chicken from marinade; place on prepared grill (discard marinade). Brush with half the melted orange marmalade. Cook about 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining marmalade; cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165u0b0F.
