Pressure Cooked Pork Chow Mein

  1. Brown pork in a small amount of oil in pressure cooker. Add celery and onion and fill cooker about halfway with water, then add soy sauce and seasonings.
  2. Cook at full pressure for about
  3. 15 to 20 minutes, then add bean sprouts and vegetables. Add

  5. and soy sauce to taste, if desired.
  6. Thicken with

  8. flour and water mixture.
  9. Serve over rice.
  10. Top with crispy chow mein noodles.
