Pink Pig Vanilla Maple Cupcakes
- 7/8 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 7/16 tablespoons frosting
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- sprinkles Pink Pig, handful
- 2 1/16 cups icing sugar
- milk a dash
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Cupcakes: Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line the muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Cream the butter and sugar, Add in one egg at a time and beat well. ndd in the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the baking powder and the flour and mix well.ndd in the milk and mix until completely incorporated.
- Fold in the pink pig sprinkles into the batter. Fill the cupcake liners to about 2/3rd or use an ice cream scoop for extract amount.
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes. Check to see if the cupcakes are baked completely using a tooth pick or a skewer. Once baked, let it cool on a cooling rack.
- Maple syrup buttercream frosting: Cream the butter until light, fluffy and pale.
- Add the icing sugar in small batches.neat in the maple syrup. Add a dash of milk for the smoothness.
- Frost and sprinkle some more sprinkles on the frosting!
