Bloody Mary Burgers

  1. In a large bowl, mix beef, tomato paste, celery seed, Tabasco, Worcestershire. salt, & pepper. Mix thoroughly. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour..Shape patties and grill over medium high heat using a lightly oiled grill pan.
  2. Toast buns or bread if desired. Serve patties with condiments of your choice and horseradish dressing.
  3. Mix sour cream, vinegar, horseradish root, salt & pepper to taste. Break off a small amount of ground beef, walnut sized and brown in olive oil or canola. Add to dressing, refrigerate.
