White Creamy Pizza
- 7/8 pound pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- pepper
- 1 cornmeal
- 2 sesame
- 1 13/16 cups mozzarella grated
- 2 handfuls cheese Gaunda

- Preheat the oven to 220u0b0C.
- Put the parchment paper over the baking sheet and dizzle it with olive oil. Sprinkle paper with half a teaspoon of cornmeal.
- Place the ball of dough in the middle of the parchment and use your hand to press the dough flat. Work from the middle out to shape it into a flat round and then drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cooking cream, pepper, salt and half a teaspoon of cornmeal.
- Cover the dough with creamy mixture and sprinkle sesame over the top. Cover everything with mozzarella and Gauda cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and the dough is golden. Bon appetit! ;)
