Decadent Drizzled Cheesecake
- 1 1/4 cups Skippy(R) Super Chunk(R) Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup sugar divided
- 1 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup whipping heavy cream
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
- For crust, combine 1 cup Skippy(R) Creamy Peanut Butter, 1/4 cup sugar, egg, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Evenly press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 12 minutes or until golden; cool.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and remaining 3 teaspoons vanilla in mixing bowl with electric mixer until blended. Slowly add heavy cream and continue beating on medium-high speed 2 minutes or until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.
- Microwave remaining 1/4 cup Peanut Butter in small microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 15 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over cream cheese mixture. Chill 2 hours or until set. To serve, cut into squares.
