Grilled Pork Thai Style
- 1/2 pork any part that you like, bits with fat taste better.
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or white
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic ground
- 3/4 tablespoon ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon corn flour optional
- Stir fry coriander, garlic and pepper in vegetable till very hot
- Put water, stir, then put sugar and soya sauce, stir until they combine well
- Wash and chop pork. The size can be as big or as small as you like but the thickness should be around 50-70 mm. Put them into a deep bowl.
- Put cool marinated sauce into the bowl of chopped pork, (put corn flour here if you like. This will soften the pork.), then cover the bowl.
- Leave in the refrigerator at least 12 hrs
- Grill at the highest heat for 10 mins then turn and continue to grill for another 5-7 minutes, keep checking if they are ready.
- Served with rice.
