Grilled Pork Thai Style

  1. Stir fry coriander, garlic and pepper in vegetable till very hot
  2. Put water, stir, then put sugar and soya sauce, stir until they combine well
  3. Wash and chop pork. The size can be as big or as small as you like but the thickness should be around 50-70 mm. Put them into a deep bowl.
  4. Put cool marinated sauce into the bowl of chopped pork, (put corn flour here if you like. This will soften the pork.), then cover the bowl.
  5. Leave in the refrigerator at least 12 hrs
  6. Grill at the highest heat for 10 mins then turn and continue to grill for another 5-7 minutes, keep checking if they are ready.
  7. Served with rice.
