Pork And Water Chestnut Meatballs

  1. Mix together ground pork, finely chopped water chestnuts, green onion, garlic, egg, 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Shape meat into balls, 1-inch in diameter.
  4. Roll in cornstarch.
  5. Heat oil in pan.
  6. Saute meatballs 10 minutes until browned on both sides.
  7. Set aside.
