Best Italian Spaghetti Meat Sauce

  1. Rinse the first 4 ingredients well.
  2. Saute them with the next 3 ingredients until extremely crystallized.
  3. Saute ground chuck, spice mix and 1 cup vegetable oil until brown; pour off grease. Next add garlic.
  4. Mix together with vegetables.
  5. Warm last 3 ingredients in a large pot to approximately 180u0b0, stirring constantly.
  6. Add all ingredients and stir.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons flaked red pepper and stir.
  8. Turn off the heat, touch the bottom of the pot gently with a spoon.
  9. If the spoon sticks, check for possible burning.
  10. Use burn precaution method.
  11. Place the covered pot in the walk-in to cool.
