- 4 15/16 ounces custard powder vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 2 5/8 ounces marzipan coarsely grated
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 5/8 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- For tart dough, combine 1 3/4 cups flour, 1/3 cup sugar, a pinch of salt, baking powder, 1 egg and 3/4 cup butter and knead until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
