- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 1/4 lb. dates
- The use of a candy thermometer to measure the temperature accurately and to prevent under or overcooking your candy is strongly recommended.
- The boiling temperature indicates the concentration of the solution of your candy.
- The higher the concentration, the longer it is cooked and the higher the temperature becomes.
