Spring Greens With Wild Berry Dressing
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 berries lipton bavarian wild, pyramid tea bags
- 1 shallots
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 ounces spring salad mix or salad greens
- 1 red onion small, thinly sliced
- 2 orange
- 3 ounces goat cheese herbed, sliced
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- Pour boiling water over Lipton(R) Bavarian Wild Berry Pyramid Tea Bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze; let cool.
- In blender, process tea, shallot, vinegar, sugar, and mustard until smooth. While processing, slowly drizzle in Olive Oil. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper.
- On serving platter, arrange spring mix. Evenly top with onion, oranges and cheese, then sprinkle with pecans. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing.
