Josh'S Chicken Vodka Pasta

  1. Boil noodles, adding a dash of salt and olive oil.
  2. While boiling, slice chicken breasts into thin slices about 1 inch long.
  3. Toss chicken in fish fry batter.
  4. Coat a toaster oven pan in olive oil.
  5. Lay chicken on toaster oven pan and bake in toaster oven on "toast" for 10 minutes.
  6. While baking, drain boiled noodles and return to pot.
  7. Mix in pasta sauce, mushrooms and cheese. Add crushed red pepper.
  8. Keep pasta on low simmer, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Take chicken from toaster oven, flip, and toast for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Serve pasta and mushrooms on plate, placing chicken on top.
  11. Dust with parmisan cheese and crushed red pepper or paprika.
