Muesli Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 Celsius.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan along with the honey. Stir in the fruit, almonds, hazelnuts, coconut, flour, and oatmeal.
  3. Press firmly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper until approximately 1 centimeter thick.
  4. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool, and cut into bars.
  5. Melt the chocolate and cream together in a double boil and dip the bars into the chocolate.
