Salmon Oriental
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Lawry's garlic powder with parsley
- 3/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 1/2 lb. salmon filets (I sometimes use chicken breasts instead)
- 8 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut in florets
- 1 c. basil, chopped
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 lb. rigatoni, cooked al dente
- lots of fresh parsley
- pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
- In a big skillet, heat oil and butter and quickly stir garlic in; do not brown.
- Add the chicken broth and simmer the broccoli just until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
