Vegan Tomatoes & Basil Tartelettes

  1. In a large bowl mix the flour, the oats, the chia seeds and the spicy and herbs (optional)
  2. Add the olive oil and mix
  3. (optional) leave to rest in the fridge for 15 minutes
  4. roll up the dough, and prepare you tartelettes (about 4) or one big pie
  5. (optional) on the bottom of the tartelette add 1/2 Tbsp of vegan pesto and 1/2 Tbsp of candied onion (1 petite cuillere de chaque for french ;) )
  6. slice the tomatoes and fill in you tartelette
  7. sprinkel each tartelette with a bit of salt and pepper and basil
  8. Keep some basil leaves for decoration
  9. put in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes and Enjoy :)
