Chili Prawn & Spinach Linguini
- 3 fresh chilis
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 red onion
- Marinated prawns with cayenne, paprika, pepper, salt, olive oil, lemon
- Passata 1 large jar
- Fresh basil leaves
- (optional) fresh parsley
- 2 punnets of cherry tomato
- 200g of fresh baby spinach
- 1 fresh tomato sliced
- 375g Fresh linguini
- Pepper, Salt, Chili Powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sour cream (topping)
- Parmesan cheese (topping)
- White wine
- Fry the onion, chilli and garlic in oil. Add prawns & tomatoes
- Add passata, wine and baby spinach. squeeze a bit of lemon
- Boil the water and add the linguini
- Stop when the baby spinach is all soft.
- Serve with sour cream and lemon squeeze. Optional to add parmesan
