Chili Prawn & Spinach Linguini

  1. Fry the onion, chilli and garlic in oil. Add prawns & tomatoes
  2. Add passata, wine and baby spinach. squeeze a bit of lemon
  3. Boil the water and add the linguini
  4. Stop when the baby spinach is all soft.
  5. Serve with sour cream and lemon squeeze. Optional to add parmesan
