Oatmeal-Raisin Snack Bars
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats or uncooked old fashioned
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups raisins
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Combine flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in medium bowl; set aside.
- Beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R) Spread with sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture on slow speed just until blended. Stir in raisins. Evenly spread into prepared pan.
- Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 32 bars.
