Enchilada Casserole

  1. Brown meat, onions and garlic; drain.
  2. Add sauce, tomatoes and spices.
  3. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with tortillas (torn in small pieces).
  4. Pour in 1/2 meat mixture, another layer of tortillas and rest of meat mixture.
  5. Add another layer of tortillas.
  6. Mix soup and milk and pour over top.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  9. Serves 8 to 10 .
