Low Carb Cinnamon Pecan Scones

  1. Cinnamon Pecan Sconesnre heat your oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and lay a sheet of parchment paper over your baking sheet. Spray your parchment paper with non-stick spray.
  2. Gather all of your ingredients. Mix all the dry together with a whisk. In a separate bowl, mix all your wet ingredients. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until all of your ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Place your dough on your prepared cookie sheet and using a rubber spatula, spread into an even circle (or as even as you can get it). Make sure that the thickness is pretty much the same all the way through.
  4. Add your topping mixture on top of your dough and lightly pat it in.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes. It should be lightly golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes and slice as desired (I sliced mine into 8 triangles).
