Chicken Loaf

  1. Mix flour in about 1/8 cup cold water and add to chicken broth.
  2. Cool a minute or so to thicken.
  3. Add chicken, pimentos, mushroom soup, salt, pepper and red pepper, all to taste.
  4. Add eggs.
  5. Crush crackers and add to mixture.
  6. Add sauteed vegetables. Mix well.
  7. Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
  8. Put crumbled crackers (about 15) on top.
  9. Bake at 325u0b0 or 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  10. Make gravy with 3 cups of broth.
