Turkey Chutney Pilaf

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet.
  3. Add turkey; crumble and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle turkey with curry powder while cooking.
  5. Remove and keep turkey warm.
  6. In same skillet, cook onion and green pepper for 1 minute.
  7. Add squash to skillet, cover and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add turkey back to skillet and mix in fruit chutney. Heat for 2 minutes.
  9. Fold in cooked rice pilaf.
