Dark Chocolate Cookies
- 1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 12 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. butterscotch chips
- In a large mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time.
- Smooth mixture together.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate; then add to mixture. In a separate bowl sift together flour, unsweetened cocoa, baking soda and salt.
- Add to mixture and stir well.
- Add butterscotch chips and mix thoroughly.
- Drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Make cookies the size you want.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
