Baked Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Combine hot water, butter, and contents of vegetable seasoning packet in bowl.
  2. Stir until butter is melted.
  3. Add stuffing, crumbs, and egg.
  4. stir until moistened.
  5. Place chicken breasts between sheets of wax paper and pound until 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Spoon scant 1/2 cup stuffing on each breast.
  7. Wrap chicken around stuffing and place seam side down in greased 2 quart shallow baking dish.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
