Banana And Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the milk with the lemon juice, and set aside.
  3. Beat margarine and sugar to a creamy and fluffy mixture.
  4. Add the eggs, one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda, and gently add them to the dough, mixing with a spatula.
  6. Add the vanilla extract, yogurt, grated chocolate, and milk, and mix.
  7. Place the dough in a greased and floured round pan.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, and let cool.
  10. Mash 2 bananas with a fork, and mix well with the powdered sugar.
  11. Whip the cream to stiff peaks, and gently add enough (for the filling) to banana mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  12. Cut 1 banana in slices, and soak in lemon juice.
  13. Finally, after it cools, cut the cake diagonally.
  14. Fill with banana cream.
  15. Cover the cake with the remaining cream.
  16. Drain banana slices. Make a circle of overlapping banana slices on top of the cake.
  17. Refrigerate until serving time.
