Beef & Noodles With Mushroom Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil in pressure cooker and brown the meat.
  2. When browned, add garlic, pepper, and French Onion Soup. Thin with water.
  3. Cook under pressure for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
  4. While meat is cooking, melt the butter in a saute pan and brown the mushrooms. Set aside.
  5. After meat is cooked, release pressure and add the Cream of Mushroom soup & browned mushrooms to the pot. Stir well and cook a couple of minutes more to blend the soup into the mixture.
  6. Serve over hot buttered, wide noodles.
