Beef & Noodles With Mushroom Sauce
- 2 pounds cubed beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1 can Campbells French onion soup
- 1 can campbells cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cups wide egg noodles cooked
- Heat olive oil in pressure cooker and brown the meat.
- When browned, add garlic, pepper, and French Onion Soup. Thin with water.
- Cook under pressure for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
- While meat is cooking, melt the butter in a saute pan and brown the mushrooms. Set aside.
- After meat is cooked, release pressure and add the Cream of Mushroom soup & browned mushrooms to the pot. Stir well and cook a couple of minutes more to blend the soup into the mixture.
- Serve over hot buttered, wide noodles.
