Hamburger Stuffed With Fried Egg
- 1 1/8 pounds ground beef you can substitute a mix of ground chicken and turkey
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 garlic clove diced
- bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- salt
- ground black pepper
- In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, 1 egg, oregano, diced garlic, and handful of bread crumbs, the mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Form into 2 balls and mash them on a flat surface to make a hamburger shape.
- With the help of a cookie cutter or glass, cut a circle out of the center of the hamburgers.
- Place the hamburgers on a grill to cook on one side. Once flipped to the other side, fill the holes in the centers with the remaining raw eggs. Lower the heat and cover the hamburgers to help the eggs cook.
