Yogurt Muffins With Chocolate Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Line a muffin pan with muffin cups.
  3. In a bowl, place the softened margarine and the sugar. Mix well (using a mixer) until you get a cream. Then add the eggs and the yogurt and mix again.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir with a spoon, just until everything is mixed, but without beating.
  5. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  6. Place the batter in the molds about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes. When they become golden brown, they are ready.
  8. Remove the muffins from the molds and place them on a wire rack to cool.
