Yogurt Muffins With Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 containers natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Line a muffin pan with muffin cups.
- In a bowl, place the softened margarine and the sugar. Mix well (using a mixer) until you get a cream. Then add the eggs and the yogurt and mix again.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir with a spoon, just until everything is mixed, but without beating.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips.
- Place the batter in the molds about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. When they become golden brown, they are ready.
- Remove the muffins from the molds and place them on a wire rack to cool.
