Stuffed Crabs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. green onion tops, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1 lb. crabmeat, thawed
- Microwave butter in a 2-quart dish for 1 minute on High. Saute onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic on High for 5 minutes. Stir once or twice.
- Add onion tops, parsley and lemon juice. Saute on High for 3 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, water, bread crumbs and crabmeat.
