Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  3. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Next add the egg and stir in the melted chocolate, flour, cocoa, and milk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Shape the dough into balls and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Melt additional chocolate in the microwave or double boiler and spread onto the cookies.
