Chicken & Broccoli With Garlic Ginger Rice

  1. COMBINE chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch in medium bowl. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. ADD garlic to same skillet and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. ADD 2 cups water, Knorr(R) Rice SidesTM - Chicken flavor, broccoli and ginger and prepare acording to package directions. Stir in chicken. Garnish, if desired, with sliced green onions.
