Lasagne
- 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles (6 to 9)
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Mix cottage cheese and eggs together; set aside.
- Put oil in skillet.
- Add garlic and onion.
- Cook until clear.
- Add beef; cook until brown and drain.
- Add salt, pepper, parsley and rosemary. Add tomato paste and water and simmer until done.
- At same time boil noodles until done.
