Chocolate And Cream Cheese Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler on low heat.
  3. Using a hand mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the cheese and vanilla and mix well. Add the eggs, one at a time, and continue to beat.
  5. When the mixture is smooth, add the melted chocolate while continuing to mix.
  6. Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients well until a batter forms.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 24-centimeter cake pan or a 20 centimeter ringed pan.
  8. Bake for up to 60 minutes.
