Chocolate And Cream Cheese Cake
- 1 3/16 cups dark chocolate chopped
- 7 tablespoons butter soft
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 7/8 cup light cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- salt
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler on low heat.
- Using a hand mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
- Add the cheese and vanilla and mix well. Add the eggs, one at a time, and continue to beat.
- When the mixture is smooth, add the melted chocolate while continuing to mix.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients well until a batter forms.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 24-centimeter cake pan or a 20 centimeter ringed pan.
- Bake for up to 60 minutes.
